This Warranty Policy outlines the terms of our warranty coverage, which applies exclusively to backpacks and other products bearing the Ravenshell logo purchased directly from www.ravenshell.gg or authorized retailers

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the following:
  • Duration: 1 Year
  • Items Covered: Zippers, stitching, buckles, and materials used in the main body of the backpack.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., exposure to extreme conditions or chemicals)
  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs not performed by us
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality, specifically scratches to the hard shells

2. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: by sending an email to admin@ravenshell.gg with a description of the issue, photos of the defect, proof of purchase, and your contact details.
2. Evaluation: Our customer support team will review the claim and may request additional information or photos.
3. Repair or Replacement: If approved, we will either repair the item or, at our discretion, replace it with a similar product.

 

3. Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized sources and does not extend to resale items or items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers. We accept no liability for any damage to any products carried in our backpacks.

 

4. Additional Legal Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country, and this warranty does not affect any additional rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws but, to the extent permitted, all other warranties are excluded.
