We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons for refusal or cancellation may include product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention system.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to most countries in Asia, Europe and North America. We currently do not ship to South America or Africa (if you are in one of these countries, you can contact us by email so we can get up-to-date shipping rates. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control. Given that import duties vary from country to country, all prices are quoted without import duty and, if any import duties are payable, you shall be responsible.
