To be eligible for a return, your backpack or other product purchased from us, must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.

You may return your backpack or other product purchased from us within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
3. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
